Nancy Noticed

Nancy Short told me a story the other day about how she helped an 80 year old woman get a book published. Nancy met (let’s call her Sally) because she decided to start connecting with some of the elderly clients living in the apartments adjacent to her church. Sally decided to begin attending a weekly bible study at Nancy’s church. Sally also kept talking about how she always wanted to get a book published which Nancy noticed. Behind Sally’s back – Nancy began connecting with friends who knew something about publishing on demand. Then Nancy got a hold of Sally’s manuscript and asked some other friends to give it an editorial work over. Finally she gave it to someone who knew how to get it printed. Last week she presented Sally with 2 copies of her very first book. Sally was speechless. The funny part is that the book isn’t a memoir or autobiography. It’s just a trashy novel Sally always wanted to write.

Well–where’s the link to publishing on demand site where I can order a copy?
